Selected from barrels aged in cooler, more humid parts of the rickhouse, this high rye mash bill yields a classic, soft, sweet vanilla & spicy cinnamon, character. After more than 2 years in a #4 charred oak barrel, the straight bourbon whiskey is finished in our solera barrel. Here it’s married with bourbons of older age - bringing an ageless complexity.
