Lemon zest and fresh green thyme gives us a slightly lighter, refreshing style gin. Bright, lively, and bursting with fresh lemon before moving to piney juniper, which is perfectly complimented by fresh thyme which offers fresh green notes. The palate leads to a light floral note, with juniper ever present, before finishing on a subtle sweetness from tonkabeans.
