• Matured predominantly in first-fill sherry seasoned American and European oak casks and a small quantity of refill casks
• Created using a higher proportion of Orkney peated malt to deliver a more intense smoky character
• Non chill-filtered to present the whisky in its purest form
• Robust and intense with an extraordinary depth, complexity and balance
